My flight details - Kochi to Bangalore scheduled time 19.05 flew at 21.00
And Bangalore to Pune scheduled for 21.35 flying at 00.10 am.

Date of these is 8th Nov.
The ignorant staff name - Parveen Bangalore airport.

@airasia if your planes aren’t flying on time would you care to inform the passengers.
Also what’s with connecting flight delays not informed in the previous flight - do you expect people to run for 10 mins and reach just to know that the flight has been delayed infinitely.

I was lucky to get in for booking but this is what it showed.

Pain-points in travel by AC bus Shivneri :

1. No GPS installed in the bus - directions, traffic movement is not monitored

2. UPI payments are not accepted for tickets. Heavily relied cash/ card ticketing system.

The travel that should take 3hrs at max is of 4+hrs due to loss of time at every stop.
The cash ticketing becomes primary way of collecting money and takes the most time.

These are high end buses running on the mostly popular route - Mum-Pun.
So many frequent/ daily travellers on this route.
Why is a technology like M-indicator (an app to manage local travel) not implemented?
