@Uber_Support i was also charged a waiting fee yet the driver never waited. He arrived on time and the passenger was there. There is an obvious glitch in your app and i want a refund of this surge plus waiting fee plus booking fee overcharged.

@Uber_Support I have been overcharged for a trip I pre booked. I called Uber help south africa and they claim my trip was not pre booked and i was charged a surge charge higher than the trip fare listed when i pre booked the ride.
