@Chase@ChaseSupport#duplicatetransactions using debit card in UK. Ongoing problem since Wednesday and no one able to give an ETA on a fix. In the meantime I’m being told don’t use your card. Is anyone else experiencing this?

@curryspcworld so collecting an online order from store has become #overcomplicated. 3 people at the service desk, only 1 ‘serving’. Need to fill in online form to start collection process. Why have staff?? Only lockers needed! #customerservice#customerexperience
@TSB 3 calls, 2.5 hours, no result! Locked out of account and no one can help. I’m in an infinite holding pattern being passed from pillar to post. I’m self-isolating and have no access to either of my accounts (both well in credit). I’m completely frustrated.
@bt_uk Passed from pillar to post. Call then disconnected. No one can tell me why BT engineer didn't show for this morning’s appointment leaving my 80 year old parents without any means of communication. Shameful.
@EDF energy Exceptionally poor service. Telephone line went dead twice, online switching timed out, Chris chat agent accuses me of lying and being rude. I just moved in, can’t get registered. clearly time to switch before even the first month is up.

@landc Been trying to speak to someone as my mortgage is due to end and I’m trying to buy a new house. 2 promises of a callback and nothing. Frustrated and in danger of losing house.
@bt_uk Why is it impossible to get reliable #broadband from you?3 engineer visits and still losing connection repeatedly. And still being charged £54 p month! Not acceptable.
