@OctopusEnergy very disappointed. We mad a massive effort today. My 2 year old and 13 year old were not happy that we turned everything off, no TV, whole house in darkness and heating turned off. Even had salad for tea! Come on, you must be able to pull this data down!

@OctopusEV @OctopusEnergy your changes to Intelligent 🐙 to reduce phantom drain have broken charging for Tesla + Zappi users. 🐙 doesn’t stop charging after plugging in, so getting very expensive. Deleting & re-adding car in app doesn’t help. Car plugged in but no charge plan.

Very disconcerting that my new label printer decides to access my clipboard with a password saved in it, when I load it up. Massive security hole as I can’t see any reason to do this or a way to disable it @niimbot @Niimbot_trade @niimbots

@alexbloor I second President, but as @PaulOckenden says, it needs careful treatment. We generally have 2 x President Spreadable on the go for Mrs B and I, who don’t have time to wait for each other to finish, then a Lurpak Spreadable for the kids / rapid spreading emergencies 🤣
