@AetnaHelp Oh you mean a “questionnaire” is coming to how the injury happened?! Also that a primary care should be able to remove a 2yr olds stitches by his NOSE? We had 2 DRS only able to get 2 of the 3! Sedation was needed to remove them! You guys are a joke!

Can someone explain why I’m being told from @Aetna that a follow up visit to have stitches removed is not part of a “global surgical package?” Leave the stitches in? I’m being told this is a separate bill. If they get infected do I now have a lawsuit?! @SutterHealth

@Rory_Moe @Aetna @SutterHealth @AetnaHelp Well theyre saying a 2 yr old should have been able to sit without sedation of any sort to have stitches by his nose removed. Oh & returning to the place that put them in (that can sedate) most likely isn’t covered. I should probably get my lawyer involved right people?

@Alamo why are you trying to charge me $120 for 1/4 tank of gas? Your agent said pre pay at $5.70 a gallon, yet you’re trying to charge me for a full 18 gallon tank! I guess I need to use @Visa purchase protection because this is BS! Charge me for 6 gallons maybe! Don’t use them!
