@RAC_Care how do I make a complaint. My Mum who’s 75, disabled & diabetic has been left for hours on her own waiting 4 recovery, been absolutely frozen & needed first aid for low blood sugar. She said that no way on yr system to say age, disability, illness etc. Had to leave car.

[Julie Carson @JulieSCarson]

@duolingo how do I pay for family plan monthly? I don’t really want to pay £89 in one go. I’m sure I didn’t have to do that last year.

@nectar I have a key ring nectar card but Sainsbury’s said it’s not registered. Seems odd. I also appear to have 2 other credit card sized cards at home. All different numbers. How do I combine them on my account so I have all the points? Thanks

[Julie Carson @JulieSCarson]

@AskVirginMoney Thank you that worked.

[Julie Carson @JulieSCarson]

@AskVirginMoney I’m trying to log into an account but I only seem to have a 7 digit ‘number’ that is 5 letters and 2 numbers, plus I know the password. But no idea where to login. Any ideas? I don’t know what type of account it is. It is my account but was set up some years ago.

[Julie Carson @JulieSCarson]

@SkyHelpTeam I am not a customer anymore. Yet I’m still getting junk mail off you. I’m fairly sure that under GDPR you’ve no legitimate interest to keep my details, but certainly not ‘market’ to me. What’s the process to stop this? Preferably one that doesn’t involve me ringing.

@homebargains #prestoncapitolcentrestore shout out to staff member Lewis G who is single handedly manning the cafe, with a large queue, seemingly unfazed and definitely very professional, despite being on his own.

@SkyHelpTeam I need help with a new postage return label. I can’t send my equipment back because the address label has faded like old fax paper used to do. Need at least a QR code as post office can’t scan it.

[Julie Carson @JulieSCarson]

@SkyHelpTeam I cancelled Sky. Today I tried to return equipment and the return label you provided has faded like old fax paper.
Post office can’t scan the QR code. Help.

[Julie Carson @JulieSCarson]

@HiveHelper I bought a new hive hub because you’re stopping the old one from working. Now nothing is working. The little box next to the boiler now has a red light. Everything worked fine until today. What do I do? Why do you need to make things hard.

[Julie Carson @JulieSCarson]

@DLPGuestEN Thank you
