My proposal to fix this:
Fix inventory limits for 45 days.
Allow Sellers to send inventory to maintain their limit - even if they are currently at their limit.
The amount you’re allowed to send is computed by a sales forecasting model + the time it takes to send/receive.
Started my @amazon journey as a third party seller bank in 2015. As of 10.14.22 our team of 13 lost their jobs. @amazon sent us an email stating that our account will get shut down in the next 72 hours for a product authenticity.

Another long weekend, another parent ASIN down on #amazon - competitor foul play like this comes most all long weekends sadly. Best Seller of ours and lots of lost revenue🤦♀️ - canned response to submitting everything requested.
Yesterday, with assistance from @amznsellerhelp, we we were able to get out image to be accepted by @amazon. Unfortunately hours later we were attacked by our competitors who changed our images! EVEN THO WE HAVE BRAND REGISTRY THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THIS! @dharmeshmehta help plz!🙏
Extremely disappointed in Turo they don’t stick to their own policy’s. Hosted a luxuries car to a customer whom went over 213 miles charged her $1.5 per mile, but somehow only received $239.62. Don’t put your cars on Turo it’s a scam! @turo@TuroSupport

Amazon has strung me along for an additional 2 months since this post.
I’ve now spent 13+ months stuck in limbo for something Amazon admitted was a mistake.

My best-selling product was moved to the "janitorial supplies" product type last year. Now I am unable to add variations or make other important updates/changes to the listing. My SAM, which I pay $3,000 a month for, has been unable to help. @AmazonHelp@dharmeshmehta
Amazon completely screwed up my UK seller verification process, destroyed $200,000 of my inventory and won’t reimburse me. I have been a compliant seller on Amazon for 7 yrs in the UK but they messed up and won’t own the issue. @dharmeshmehta

Overnight, our newly launched product successfully launched on @amazon, for 14 days– has been hit by 3 FAKE 1 star reviews – all from Chinese reviewers. This may not seem alot..but our overall rating is now 2.5* - and sales have halved as a result @AmazonHelp
One of our skin creams was mistakenly delisted 9 days ago due to “Dietary Supplements that make prohibit claims”, but our product is a topical product, not a dietary supplement.
9 ASINs flagged ‘adult’, reoccurring issue over a year now, 2-4+ weeks to be fixed each time. Most recent case open since 13-JAN. Please gate/‘whitelist’/‘quarantine’ these to have these listings searchable again in all marketplaces

Dietary application still denied for more than a month and we keep getting the same response that the missing angle image is not uploaded despite being submitted properly. All documents are provided, please provide more clarity on the application. @dharmeshmehta@amznsellerhelp

Things were looking hopeful in November 2021 when I posted on Twitter and immediately had one of my accounts reinstated (after 8 months of being ignored by Amazon).

Our best seller in the UK is out of stock due to Amazon placing all of our inventory into ‘FC Processing’ for 6 weeks now! Not only are we out of stock but we are being penalized for having inventory on hand that we can’t sell! @dharmeshmehta@amazonHelp#workwithusamazon
@AmazonHelp@dharmeshmehta My listing was incorrectly suspended on Thursday as a counterfeit good (it's a compatible product). We follow Amazon's Intellectual Property Guidelines and are 100% in compliance. The Appeals, Seller Health, Feeds & Captive teams have not helped.
