Our family of graph similarity measures comes in three flavors: the network mutual information NMI, (for similarity at the edge scale), the degree-corrected NMI (DC-NMI, at the node neighborhood scale), and the mesoscale NMI (MesoNMI, at the community scale).

In conclusion, our graph similarity measures are efficient, multiscale, and principled. We believe they can be readily applied to many real-world network systems, so feel free to test them out!
