I love my @ouraring but the battery life declining significantly within a year and them saying it’s not bad enough for them to replace my ring just pissed me off. Yup. I’m switching to a competitor that doesn’t have these problems or a subscription for a 500USD ring.😒

We purchased a @Thermador built in refrigerator in June 2023. This was part of a complete kitchen remodel where we built our dream kitchen. We purchased what we thought were the best, high end appliances.

At 2.5 years old the fridge stopped cooling properly and @Thermador is telling us it is out warranty and we have to pay for a new one.

Shameful.
