There are many types of rights that dont fall under 'human rights' cause that term refers to fundamental rights belonging to everyone regardless of sex.
Then there are rights exclusive to certain categories by virtue of possessing specific qualities

Women possess a certain physicality that men do not possess. It is not a matter of self-declaration.

@annapaolaconcia Fa riflettere che siano stati dimenticati e calpestati i diritti delle donne. Evidentemente abbiamo perso la percezione delle differenze naturali tra sessi e dell'impatto di queste peculiarità sulla vita pubblica e privata delle persone.

@SuperStella233 @CharlieWalsham_ Everyone has the right to non-discrimination. Trans people dont have any extra rights simply for being "trans". When they suffer from mental disorders (often), they have the right to the relevant treatment. You don't have a right to a pension because you feel old. Simple.
