Day 2 of becoming Senior TikTok Brand Manager
Bunch of Ideas and ~10 ready videos for @moonpay
(I started shaping ideas 2 weeks ago)
Some of them are UGC, some are memes, and some are AI-generated content
Almost no one cracked crypto TikTok
That's why I've chosen the path of testing all that comes to my web2-inspired mind until I find a format that actually works
If all goes well, tomorrow I’ll start posting
Here’s how you could print hard from Aster’s lag with Plasma
(This could’ve been foreseen)
Some made 6 figs in minutes
Some lost 6 figs in minutes
🧵 (1/7)
Airdrops are f*cking dead
Memecoins are f*cking dead
You’re not turning 3 figs into 4 figs anymore
And that delusion is keeping you broke
Focus on one thing, go all in, and stick to it.
Here’s how I still print with airdrops + an under-the-radar project 🧵👇
Prediction markets won’t onboard millions into crypto
Not until DeFi becomes as simple as prediction markets
Here’s why and how Supervaults will simplify DeFi
(1/9)🧵
Mickey from @Web3Arcadia said
“Founders keep waiting for the right time; meanwhile, those who launch ugly and ship fast end up defining categories.”
Most get this wrong, which leads to huge mistakes
Let's define it through football(.)fun example
Many thought the project appeared just 1–2 months ago
And that its success came simply from a good idea, shipped fast, with smart marketing by @apcollective
But if you look deeper, the project was actually launched in April 2025
At first, there was nothing but a trailer + landing page (just an email signup)
They shipped fast & ugly, ran a big marketing push to gain an initial audience, and created their own category.
That base allowed them to finish the product.
Only once the product was 100% ready (July 8) did they start their main marketing
One week later (July 16), they raised $2M and doubled down on marketing campaigns
As a result project gained 12k unique depositors, $2.2M in revenue, and $130M mcap at ATH
(And the project is still alive, onboarding more and more users)
Ship fast and ugly, make yourself known by defining your own category
Then finish your product, and only then start major marketing
Don’t burn most of your budget hyping an ugly product
People will get tired of waiting and leave
You’ll suck at marketing if you’re not doing these things.
Quick recap from Leon’s recent video
(+ examples that prove it works)
1. Be the Category King
“Define or create a new category — and own it.”
Berachain was the first chain with a new type of consensus → they created a category, leaving “me-too” L1s behind.
Despite where $BERA is now, they came out very well
Another great example: @sportfun, who created a new category by adapting prediction markets
2. Solve the Cold Start Problem + create a strong brand
“You don’t exist without users — even if your product is unique.”
There are some ways to solve it:
Founder-funnel → you are the brand that promotes your project
(ex: @mickeyhardy & @leonabboud)
If you don't have a founder's funnel, then you can hire someone who can represent your project
(ex: @DeRonin recently became the face of @MindoAI)
You can even combine this like Coinbase did, by hiring @AlexOnchain, who brought instant value on day one.
3. Community angle:
"As a marketing guy or founder, you have to build a strong network of connections."
The best way to do it is to join an existing strong community through NFTs
MadLads, Moonbirds, Pudgy Penguins, Azuki Beans, etc...
Not necessary to buy Pudgy, which costs $47k
You can start with Bean, which costs $400
Day 3-4
Finished my first video
Decided to see how much a pro editor would charge for something similar, but at a pro level
> The answer was $80 for 30 seconds of vertical content
I told him I was thinking $30/video
He said:
“Even the video you sent as a reference cost $50"
That motivated me to master this skill myself
Still spending 10 hours a day/video
Let's see how it'll be by the end of the month
Here’s how to get the most out of PumpFun’s TGE:
(No, you don’t need to join the presale or use premarket)
There’s a tool that made me 5 figures during the $TRUMP launch
(You’ve got 4 hours before it starts)

When I first came to DeFi in 2021,
I saw the craziest APYs compared to traditional finance
But it was all messy and hard to understand
There weren’t even enough guides
Now, it’s getting to a point where all you need is one prompt:
“Find a pool with the best security/APY ratio and stake <$sum>”
That is what @Infinit_Labs is ALREADY allowing you to do
I used this prompt to find a strong security/good APY ratio
As a result, I've got a list of projects and short analytics on them
Once I choose a project, I've got a complete step-by-step guide
On how to stake money on Marinade Finance
You can also play around with prompts
I wrote:
"I have $50 on Solana network
How can I get the maximum benefit from it?"
As a result, I've got a bunch of Vaults/Lendings with up to 50% APY
Of course, it’s not a magic button that does everything for you.
But we’re getting damn close.
Feels like it’s time to move from CT to TikTok
where retail will figure out DeFi in 2 clicks
Such innovations open a ton of opportunities for marketing and Web3 developments
I was the one who always thought:
New bull run — New alts
No way old ones could 5–10x again
But I’ve changed my mind
And I’m placing a bet on @injective
Here’s why it couldn't be overtaken by @RobinhoodApp — and why you should care

Day 1 since I started exploring @Infinit_Labs
(I’ve found a bug that many people may struggle with)
Once you go to Infinit's rewards tab, you can't accept the Terms of Use to move further.
As the console shows, the problem is on the backend.
I know this campaign has ended; however, for ordinary users, it's difficult to understand.
My first impression was:
"They have such an audience and such a cool project, but there is such a bug, it's strange..."
Like, there’s nothing difficult about adding a pop-up that says the stones/badges campaign is already ended
Shout out to @tascha_panpan
2 days ago, $CRCL pumped 26x
You missed it and did nothing to change that
I used this chart to find insider wallets
That’s why I won’t miss the next one
And you can do the same
It took me 1 month, to figure it out
But you can learn it in ~5 min

This reply guy bought an ad on X
(Hoping to gain an army of supporters)
Got 200k impressions
Only 30 people supported him
Why?
Because you can’t fake sincerity
People feel it
That’s the lesson.
He met a 16-year-old girl.
Went on a date.
Took her phone “to call his parents.”
Stole $300k in Telegram gifts.
Got doxxed and went to Dubai
One of the dumbest crypto stories ever.

I've been one of the earliest members on BTCfi
(Even before @SolvProtocol)
However, @neutron_org is the first-ever BTCfi project that is cooking non-stop
And it's all during the accumulation stage
Imagine what will happen when the bull market starts again
