3/3 They’ve heard this is happening in other condos in the lower mainland. This is bad for emergencies or seniors or those with disabilities. Someone needs to shine a light on this issue.

@j_mcelroy @CBCAlerts @GlobalBC @CTVVancouver My brother lives in a high rise built in the 2k’s. The elevators were designed are 17yo, but were supposed to last 25. One has been completely broken for months and they’ve been told it will be out for at least another 6 months 1/2

2/3 … Richmond Elevator is dragging their heels to repair it. Turns out they stopped making that mode shortly after it was installed in the building. Now residents are left waiting long periods of time and the other elevator sometimes shuts down from overheating.

I am absolutely outraged with @British_Airways who have just told us that because they cancelled our flight out and didn’t decline the rebooked flights they put us on 2 DAYS later that they’ve also automatically cancelled our return flights. How is this fair??! Pls retweet.
