@DBelardoMD It comes down to QoL. If they are taking an hour to walk two miles, that is not really a high workload. But if the patient is happy with their current QoL, I would defer any further testing.

PCI LAD ostium with 1-2 stent cells into left main. If concerned about protrusion, gently inflate a 4.0 balloon from LM into LCx and pull LAD stent back until it hits the LM balloon (backstop technique). Inflate stent balloon, then deflate LM balloon.

Send stent into D1. Pull lad ballon back to cover diagonal and inflate gently (2-4 atm) to avoid damaging LAD. Pull D1 stent back until it hits LAD balloon and inflate. “Backstop”
