If Manipuri Nagas were serious about Greater Nagalim, they would dissociate their churches from anything related to Manipur, such as the Manipur Baptist Convention, and instead join the Nagaland Baptist Churches Council.

I am thankful to Kuki Christian leaders who made the right decision to dissociate from Manipur-related Christian bodies and instead form our own separate United Baptist Convention, which will very soon ally with the Baptist Church of Mizoram. We will then be a people united in both faith and ethnic origins.

For years, these specific #KachaNaga Leaders have carefully cultivated a public persona rooted in #neutrality, #justice, and #reconciliation. Standing before Press Cameras, participating in Peace Summits, and issuing polished Media Statements, they continuously present themselves as the primary Guardians of communal harmony. They routinely call for restraint, project an image of constructive statesmanship, and position themselves as the ultimate #stakeholders of #peace within the State #Manipur.

Yet behind closed doors, far removed from Public scrutiny and Media Cameras, an entirely different agenda is being aggressively pursued. The reality of their operations is defined not by #peace, but by active lobbying, backchannel networking, and the systematic mobilization of resources to undermine their Neighbors. Their clandestine coordination reveals a calculated effort aimed at the long-term marginalization, disenfranchisement, and ultimate territorial erasure of the #Kuki population from their #AncestralLands, #Kukiland.

This level of calculated duplicity goes far beyond standard political maneuvering; it represents a dangerous and destabilizing threat to regional coexistence. It raises fundamental questions about the integrity of the #peace process. How can a Leadership Cadre preach communal harmony on public platforms while simultaneously orchestrating private strategies aimed at the total subjugation of a neighboring Community?⁉️ How can hands raised in solidarity during public #PeaceSummits be joined in private to negotiate alliances of exclusion and conflict?⁉️

The evidence makes one thing abundantly clear: their public calls for non-violence and unity are nothing more than a strategic smokescreen designed to secure political legitimacy, build international sympathy, and divert attention from their true motives. Peace, in their framework, is not a moral imperative or a vision for shared prosperity; it is a transactional tool of convenience, a temporary holding tactic to be maintained only until their strategic objectives against the #Kuki Community are fully realized.

Kukiland: Fresh Tension in Kangpokpi as NSCN-IM Cadres Open Fire on Kuki Farmers at Wakotphai

Tension erupted along IT Road in Kangpokpi after armed NSCN-IM cadres allegedly attacked Kuki farmers at Wakotphai near Naibet at 9:20 AM Thursday. Farmers resting in paddy-field huts were targeted, locals said. Kuki village volunteers retaliated to cover their retreat. No casualty confirmed yet. Security forces are monitoring the situation. Condemning the attack, KVV Twilang Lhang demanded immediate arrest of the attackers, impartial probe, public statement, safety for civilians and steps to prevent escalation, warning that inaction could worsen law-and-order.

It is a matter of deep concern that even after 3 years and 4 months of relentless violence, the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi and the Hon'ble Home Minister Shri @AmitShah continue to invite only the Meitei Chief Minister and Meitei MLAs from Manipur for deliberations on a peaceful solution.

It must be understood that the said representatives represent only the Meitei community, whose presence is confined to the 650 sq. km. valley area of Manipur.

Therefore, any decision arrived at with the Meitei representatives would be applicable only within the said 650 sq. km. and would not extend beyond the buffer zone. The Kuki-Zo community will never co-exist under the same administration as the Meitei community.
