Shocking that I am being forced to use a machine when I have additional needs @SUBWAY @welcomebreak and then to be told what I want isn't possible when it is in every other store! Then not be given a bag I was forced to pay for using the rubbish machine! Inclusion I think NOT!

@amazon why do you not audit your drivers. Apparently my delivery was left in a 'safe location'... in reality, left on my doorstep in the rain for 3 hours! What happened to 'attempt a further 3 deliveries?'
