@Clevta The only thing I thought it could be was that Scruggs was a salary dump similar to an NBA trade (or Brock Osweiler) but he is making $1.5m on a rookie contract with like $350k dead cap hit so… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@realcavsfans I initially meant to say 2nd apron instead of 1st, but makes sense. Looks like they are only $3.2m short of current 2027 2nd apron projection now without factoring in Ellis/Wade/Bryant/Nance/Tomlin. Really hope they can get harden at a number well below his current $42m option
