A short transition between sleep and wakefulness:
~60 seconds of adaptation
• Wake up
• Remain still
• Take 4 slow breaths
• Slowly sit up (head slightly forward)
• Wait ~10 seconds
• Then stand

You need to be walkmaxxing. Getting 7000 steps is associated with a 47% reduction in all cause mortality. It grows you brain and reduces stress. Park farther away. Take the stairs. Get an under-the-desk treadmill. Walk after meals. The best way to improve your health is by taking a walk.
