@EnserMark This reminds me of all the work I did on "life after levels" about 5 years ago trying to create a description for each grade was mind bending, I ended up with the same descriptors moving from "with support" to "independently" and finally "accurately"
@QuigleyBecki We are 'striving for excellence' I even have a pin badge that I picked up at Banksy's Dismaland that I wear with pride around the department. The team love it and it's a simple message that everyone can articulate.

@kate_stockings Yep I used the new specs as an opportunity to centrally plan giving each member of staff 2 or 3 lessons a unit to plan and take ownership of and 'train' up everyone else. Now we add new resources to the lesson plan as we find them and email each other tips.

@JamesTGallagher It is worth considering the reason for the gender difference in infection rates may be in part down to the gender imbalance in China caused by the one child policy? The current sex is 1.1male/female.
