What adapter are you using? It shouldn't matter but I had issues activating at a V4 with the a2z but when switching to the Tesla adapter it activated. I was able to try a few times at multiple V4s with the same result. Not sure I can explain why as they should be passive adapters but it was consistent. @RivianTrackr one of the V4s was the Windermere one after they locked out the magic docks, I'd be interested to know if that works similar for others.

Operational Status: 0 out of 2 DCFC ports are fully operational. OWEN is offline and was last used 2 months ago according to the EVgo app. The CCS connector on ERDEM is out of service. The CHAdeMO on ERDEM may work, however. All connectors should be operational for a port to be considered “up” and operating as designed.
