My main takeaway, which i hope is shared by others, is that the whole Malfoid movement has instilled a new spark and drive inside of people. To inspire them to improve themselves and to remain hopeful for a brighter future and to not succumb to doomerism. The memes have been fun. The art, literature, and music have been inspiring, and the collective yearning has been one of the most positive impacts a trend has ever had.
The algorithm will inevitably move on and so will the people, but I sincerely hope the overall idea of what the movement meant will stay with people. Malfoid was simply a catalyst for the spark, that many had thought long gone, to reignite. May it serve as your muse in your craft, your motivation for self improvement and your reason to keep on moving forward.
Yo @MaroonR19 you said you chose the Peacock because you thought it was cool but you unintentionally captured everything Malfoy/Malfoid is, a frail bird that spreads out its tail feathers to both appear both intimidation and to attract a mate, the symbolism might be unintentional but is JUST. SO. PEAK.
i like to think this is the moment where draco finally arrived on the battlefield. it serves as the last nail of her redemption act. plus we get to see the long awaited final big reveal from her, the patronus.
(i choose that animal cuz it looks fire, duh)

@Genoma_Paisano@TozziDumbass@wunsicks Yeah there was others using them before. Finns improved it by adding tar in the mix to make them burn longer and named it. So "molotov cocktail" is more or less Finnish invention 😎
Someone asked me something earlier about how quest drops work in WoW: Forever and if we are changing that. The short answer is no; however we did do something cool that we haven't really had a good opportunity to talk about yet.
In the interest of our Pro-social approach, we added a bit of under the hood functionality to quests to more predictably round-robin quest items to people who are grouped.
There's nothing worse than killing a million furbolgs and having one guy in your group have 8/10 furbolg butts, and the other guy has 1/10. In WoW: Forever we've got something in place that makes its a bit more consistent that everyone in the group will get drops evenly.
We are still dialing in this system, but if you are afraid to group on drop quests, I'd encourage you to give it a try. It's still going to take time, just like vanilla wow, but it'll be less feast or famine, and you'll definitely kill things much faster.
A bit of grind on these drop quests are part of the vanilla magic we are maintaining, but we can do small things to help it feel more natural and encourage grouping while still maintaining that original design, and that's our goal.
With our Recent Allies feature, you are also likely to keep seeing people you group up with in later play sessions as well. Hell, you might even make a friend!
@FURIOUSSS There is permanent 25% of getting Mirage now, stack or no stack.. at least with full stack it was 0% :( and the normal reload animations looks stupid with quiet reloading. Nice work btw. Thankfully wow 2 is coming soon
