@dowtkids you've taken £30 from my account without any communication that my renewal was coming up. I signed up initially for £10 and I barely use your service. I've cancelled my membership so please refund me, as your lack of communication on this is poor.

@PostOffice I tried redeeming my support scheme voucher for cash at my local branch today and said they could only do top up cards. The letter clearly states cash only and they had given me cash last month! Please can you look into this.

@BritishGasHelp had a letter in the post saying to claim £66 in cash at the post office. Went there and they said they don't give cash and require a card to top up the account, which I don't have. They've already scanned the barcode and I'm left with nothing.

@TeamYouTube i have a chromecast with Google TV and I can no longer switch accounts within the YouTube app. Why has this changed?! My partner can no longer access her account.

@madebygoogle I don't have an older Chromecast. It's a newer one that I got 6 mnths ago with Google TV. It's a massive flaw to have to go via my phone. My partner just wants to be able to switch to her account. I might as well use a smart TV app instead, making my Chromecast a waste of money.

@madebygoogle what has happened with the YouTube update on Chromecast? I can't switch to another Google account anymore. It only gives me the option to remove the other account when I select it.
