I've waited six years for Tesla's autonomous driving and Optimus to deliver. Now that the payoff is finally coming into view, I don't want to be pulled into SpaceX's long-term uncertainty, a company I never chose. Asking for support before the merger terms are even clear isn't a fair process. If I want exposure to SpaceX, I'll choose that myself. For now, let Tesla's results come first. A merger can wait.
@AikshiiW31155@TeslaBoomerMama@StarLight_Tsla You may have a small enough position that it wouldn’t be a problem for you, but I hope you realize there are many shareholders who hold so much that they simply couldn’t afford the tax burden at that price.
As a shareholder, one is free to express their own views. However, simply because one believes their opinion is correct, they should not engage in coercive or pressuring behavior toward other shareholders.
I do not believe that a 4.5x premium and $690 represent the fair value Tesla should receive as merger consideration.
