@elonmusk I see folks are also calling for the boycott of Apple too. I’m going to need a new phone at some point. What are the chances that an “Xphone” would include privacy respecting features like the Librem 5 phone? A well made and affordable Xphone that had hardware switches to cut power to camera, networks, and microphone could be my next mobile phone. Respecting Free Speech, respecting Privacy - such a phone could lead a commercial revolution.

I loved your memoir on writing - I could unfortunately really identify with some of your personal history. Glad you made it out the other side! Re: Musk - this isn’t a soft sell to those who would try to coerce - it is an advertisement aimed towards those who will favor his boldness. This attention will no doubt bring in new advertisers.

At approximately 1100 (Sanaa time), while in the South Red Sea, the Arleigh-Burke Class Guided Missile Destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64) shot down an Iranian-produced KAS-04 unmanned aerial vehicle launched from Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen. Although its intentions are not known, the UAV was heading toward the warship. At the time of the shoot down, the USS Carney was escorting the USNS SUPPLY (Oiler) and another U.S. flagged and crewed ship carrying military equipment to the region. There were no injuries to U.S. personnel and no damage to U.S. vessels.

@FightHaven Better video would have been the event itself, not the aftermath. I mean, did he put his granddaughter in the hospital by smacking her - or did he damage only her ego? All discipline is not abuse - but some could be.
