@Marks_Tech Apple does this intentionally. Gives developers an opportunity to address bugs. Typically updates are automatically performed in two weeks time.
@dalevon_digital Interesting. The AirPods keep sliding out of my ears. I purchased some foam tips on Amazon to see if that helps, but a lot of reviews say the foam tips won’t last. I love that you can track the AirPods in and out of the case; so I hope the foam works out.
@HughGRexshun@TMobileHelp@JonFreier File complaints with the FCC AND FTC. If that doesn’t work, file with your state’s attorney general. These reports are PUBLIC and it’s important that T-Mobile is held accountable for falsely advertising “free” promotions. They’re targeting accounts with “excessive” discounts.
@corytshu@TMobile@TMobileHelp Good to hear your issues were fixed! It seems I had a supervisor who maliciously removed discounts and added charges. So now the executive office is involved, but it’s going to take longer for them to acknowledge this and make it right. They did me dirty so I gotta keep at them.
@honeymandu514@TMobileHelp@MIAttyGen That’s typical T-Mobile. Then they’ll accuse of you “excessive” requests because they change reps on you. Keep a log of everything. Definitely document their deceptive practices by contacting your state attorney general. I think they are intentionally messing with promotions
@TMobileHelp@honeymandu514 you see how they’re ignoring my tweets? All I did was follow up on valid concerns. A customer care supervisor who was having a bad day decided to take my concerns out of context & escalate to the executive team. Apparently, she claimed I harrassed her…about my bill 😑@MIAttyGen
@honeymandu514@TMobile@TMobileHelp@ATT@ATTHelp@Verizon@VerizonSupport Be careful. If you keep escalating your concerns, they’ll start shifting the blame on you! Covertly removing discounts and padding your bill with unexplained charges. File a complaint with your attorney general or @Fairshake for help with an Intent to Arbitration!
