Connect with chads known for successful plays and keep them in your friends list.

Join or create group chats with these chads; the more often you're early into projects, the more smart chads you'll meet being early (and right).

Provide them good alphas so they have to shill you early plays aswell

Repeat and compound until you and the boys are rich
