@BarclaysUKHelp I used my debit card on 22/10 for a hotel deposit in Canada,it’s still pending.The hotel have now advised I was to request the deposit at checkout but at the time they said it would auto come back. Expiry date is showing as 6/11 so will it come back to me 07/11?

@shapermint Appalled by your customer service. You sent my parcel to the wrong address and are now ignoring my numerous requests for a refund due to YOUR ERROR! I do not want a replacement I want a refund please! Everyone avoid this company.

@shapermint Thank you, I’ve received a Facebook message to say the refund has been actioned but there is no email confirmation in my inbox or junk. Please can this be resent and then I can wait for the refund to credit my account once I know it’s complete.

@shapermint Yes they’ve messaged but are just offering to reprocess the order. I have replied 3 times via Facebook and 3 times via email to say I would like refund but I am being ignored and just get your useless bot automated response to start the conversation all over again. Refund please!
