@HastingsDirect v disappointed with your service today, called to bring a policy forward, told there is a fee to do this (although policy hasn’t started) when asked the agent suggested you would rather have £20 than £315 custom for the year so going to look elsewhere ☹️

@QPark_UK pretty bad experience at your Waterloo st cp today, ongoing works so was directed to park on floor -1, all fine until you get your baby out into the pram and walk to the lift...but there isn’t one and no signs on entry to indicate this anywhere, not impressed 😠

@sainsburys very concerned about what I found on meatballs I bought, appears to be bird faeces! Clearly couldn’t use and a whole meal was wasted! This was from your taste the difference range, store refunded the meatballs only but this was a huge inconvenience and very worrying!

@Pret Thanks for looking into this, disappointing that I have to raise this on Twitter as they seem unwilling to resolve in store, also frustrating that they decided not to give any out to customers as they had previously. Just won’t be back until they sort themselves out!

@Pret They haven’t said, there’s been none for the last week, they were giving out portions from a larger tub but they said they can’t do that now, not great when all you want is a nice roll and butter with your soup! 😕
