It's been 4 weeks since I started a claim with them, and all they are telling me is that it's in review.
Banks in England clearly operate without any regulation.

Let me preface this by saying that I don't support @elonmusk's purchase of @Twitter.
Social media platforms should, imo, not be private entities.

Three out of three rides with GWR (@GWRHelp) from London to Tiverton with no air conditioning.
I wish I had some way of meassuring the temperature and humidity.
This can seriously not be legal..?

@GWRHelp Every single time we have booked seat, so we either move around to (maybe) get some fresh air, but are uncomfortable doing so, or stay put in the heat. Only thing staff does is offer water, on the other side of the train
