QUOTE: "I know our president is of advanced age. The law doesn't stop him from delegating but issues of defence and security are very serious matters. You can't run this country that way; where your wife says, 'Darling, can I be the one to speak about the attack in Kasese?'
'Okay babe, go ahead'. We need the Minister responsible for Defence here"- MP Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda.

News reaching my desk is that in Entebbe Grade B Hospital there’s no malnutrition ward and that the deputy of the hospital brutally shuns away referrals because apparently it ashames the hospital.
Imagine being told your child can’t be admitted and managed because his\her health condition doesn’t look good for the hospital #UgandaHealthExhibition

A few weeks ago, a good doctor at the health centre in Mukono could only do this. Mukono had no supplies. The doctor improvised before referring the patient. To those posting buildings, cut the crap. Demand that our hospitals are well equipped. #UgandaHealthExhibition
