Strong accusation here. Moscow is claiming that Kiev intends to stage a terror attack on civilians in Kharkov, with the idea being to blame it on Russia and use it to derail peace talks between Trump and Putin.

And based on Zelensky's weird military adventurism in West Africa, where Ukraine openly collaborates with Sahelian terrorists, you really can't put this sort of crazy stunt past him.

Let's hope it doesn't happen. I don't think it's a controversial thing to say that negotiated peace is better than more escalation that makes the world less safe.
