विषय: AIESL प्रबंधन की हठधर्मिता के खिलाफ 13 दिन से जारी काम बंद आंदोलन के बाद अब 25 मई को नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय सीधा जाए गा।

AIESL के सैकड़ों इंजीनियर एवं टेक्नीशियन कर्मचारी विगत *13 मई 2026* से पूरे देश में शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से काम बंद कर विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। हमारी मुख्य मांगें हैं:

1. *अवैध छंटनी बंद हो* और सस्पेंड किए गए 20 लोगों को बहाल किया जाए।
2. *अनट्रेंड व अनस्किल्ड ठेका कर्मियों* से विमान का मेंटेनेंस बंद करवाया जाए।
3. *लेबर कमिश्नर के आदेश* के बावजूद रोके गए अनुभव प्रमाण-पत्र तुरंत जारी किए जाएं।
4. *वेतन विसंगति* दूर कर सभी कर्मचारियों को सम्मानजनक वेतन दिया जाए।

13 दिन बीत जाने के बावजूद* @AIESL_MRO प्रबंधन और नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने हमारी एक भी मांग पर सुनवाई नहीं की। सरकार और उसके सभी तंत्र सोए हुए हैं।

*विमान सुरक्षा से खिलवाड़ जारी है।* विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान @AirIndia के 4 विमान में फ्यूल नोजल लीक की गंभीर घटना हो चुकी है। इसके बावजूद अनट्रेंड लोगों से विमान ठीक करवाकर उड़ाया जा रहा है। यह सीधे-सीधे करोड़ों यात्रियों की जान से खिलवाड़ है।
इसी दौरान फ्लाइट संख्या AI 2802 के इंजन में आग लग गई जिसको आपातकालीन दिल्ली लेंडिंग करवाना पड़ा।।

*इसलिए मजबूर होकर हम आज, 25 मई 2026 को दिल्ली स्थित नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय जा रहे है पत्र देने ।

हमें मृत्यु स्वीकार है, गुलामी नहीं।

हम देश की जनता, मीडिया और सभी न्यायप्रिय संगठनों से अपील करते हैं कि विमान यात्रियों की सुरक्षा के लिए इस मुहिम का समर्थन करें।

ये विरोध बंधुआ मजदूरी के खिलाफ है ।
ये विरोध तानाशाह मैनेजमेंट के खिलाफ है।
ये यह विरोध पिछले 13 दिन से शांतिपूर्वक बैठे हुए को अनदेखा करने का खिलाफ है।

और अब जा रहे है नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय एक पत्र देने - बात बस छोटी सी है हमारी मांगों को सुनो हमारी समस्याओं का समाधान करो।

पिछले 10 दिन से @AIESL_MRO में विरोध प्रदर्शन के बावजूद सरकार एवं सरकार के सभी तंत्र सो रहे है ।

इसलिए 25 मई को दिल्ली स्थित नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय का घेराव किया जाएगा।
चाहे तो सब पर गोलियां चलवा कर मरवा दो।
परंतु किसी भी परिस्थिति में गुलामी स्वीकार नहीं है।

मृत्यु स्वीकार है, ग़ुलामी नहीं।

Aiesl @AIESL_MRO के मैनेजमेंट इतना तानाशाह कई श्रम आयुक्त की बात तक नहीं सुनती, मानना तो दूर की बातें।
समझौते के लिए बुलाया गया था परंतु गया ही नहीं।

अब देखना यह है कि श्रम आयुक्त के द्वारा मैनेजमेंट को फटकार लगाने के बाद क्या करती है।

दिनांक 21/03/2022 को श्रम आयुक्त दिल्ली के सामने लिख कर दिया गया था की FTE RULE , DA , तथा अन्य कुछ चीज आपको 90 दिन के अंदर दिया जाएगा।
आज 4 सालों बाद भी उसे समझौते पर मैनेजमेंट कुछ नहीं किया।
7 मई को नागपुर के केंद्रीय श्रम आयुक्त ने लिख कर दिया , जो कंपनी छोड़कर जाना चाहता है उसको जाने दिया जाए आसानी से ,तब भी बात नहीं माना ।

19 मई को नागपुर श्रम आयुक्त के द्वारा @AIESL_MRO फटकार लगाई गई है।
अब देखना है कि मैनेजमेंट आगे क्या करती है?

एक और नया scam @AIESL_MRO में। किस किस तरह से यह कंपनी scam कर रही दुनिया को पता ही नहीं चलता ।

बिना योग्यता ( certifcate)की पहले ऑफिस में नियुक्ति करता है ।
और जब मामला सामने आता है,तो उसपर लेटर जारी करता है।
मामला कोलकाता है जहां नियुक्ति के ITI certifcate का होना जरूरी था , लेकिन बिना उसके ज्वाइन करवा दिया ।।
