I recently purchased a Samsung UE24F6000FKXXU 24 inch smart full HDHDR LEDTV and am very disappointed in that it is incredibly slow to load anything. What can we do about it?

@DFSCare We are trying to get an issue resolved - wrong cushions supplied/different colour feet supplies. Cannot comfortably use our new sofa and no one seems to know what is happening with replacements We are ready to return the sofa! No one returns calls ON WCZN26819
@DFSCare what does one have to do to resolve an issue? Such bad customer service - no one knows anything and promises made to get back just don’t materialise !! #unimpressed
@DFS such bad service - you give excellent service until you have our money and there it ends. How many times do I have to call before someone actually gets back to me? #disgruntled

@RoyalMailHelp a parcel I sent to Singapore was allegedly returned as incorrectly addressed on 3rd February. Tracking now says the item is leaving the Uk on 15th Feb and more information will be available when it arrives in the destination country! Pls help
@nomader I received a collapsible water bottle of yours for Christmas which I need to return as it makes the water taste like plastic/rubber. I do not obviously have the packaging. How do I return?
