@JonFlynnREstats Avg HH income has hardly changed since 1989, especially considering inflation. For 40mio people in 2nd largest country… $400k SHOULD be the top homes. Don’t start about costs- in US large 6 bed homes on an acre are at $400k & they earn more & pay less tax- canada’s toast

(Homes are being pumped and dumped like stocks & crypto)
