I usually recieve a message like the first picture when a sale is complete. I have received a different message this evening as shown in the 2nd message.

I reached out to customer services. Customer services answered but didn't resolved the issue!

@myldn look how @HelloSanctuary leave their elderly residents with copd. They deem it acceptable to leave residents with water leaking through near electrics.
They know where the issue is but unsurprisingly are doing very little to stop the leak. This leak covers upstairs fully.

Please tell me why your company finds it acceptable to charge people For a substandard service, when your customer service team and engineers are clearly incapable of finding an issue thats ongoing.

And your company initially testing one property is also untrue is it?
