@scottsantens @michaelsayman Part of this could be related to the exclusivity. Also people have been able to avoid crowded shopping days and schedule appointments during less busy times / when the kids are in kindergarden or school. I think one key aspect would be to not turn this into a 3 day weekend.

Modern, complex, expensive, requiring lots of external help, unclear deliverables, over-engineered tech with unknown business value, resume-boosting tech stack. All these can easily be wrapped into one word...

@Suhail @MightyApp I think the main reason are platforms which do not support Chrome and the fact that pixel perfect layouts (on all platforms) are impossible otherwise. Also the thousands of browser add-ons that manipulate the DOM are not helping either.
