You can have a bad shooting night.

You can’t have a bad getting back night.
You can’t have a ball watching night.
You can’t have a no block outs night.
You can’t have a no talking night.

You can’t have have No Toughness night
and expect to ever change a bad night.

2 Min Shooting

- 5 Spots
- Make 2 in a row to move to the next spot
- After completing 5 spots, sprint to the top of the key and shoot continuously

Your score is based on how many you make at the top.

High-level shooters should be at 15 of above.

Her dedication paid off and I'd love for her to talk about how special the experience was and Maine High School bball in general. My name is Karen Sirois and I played her at Cony and knew her through AAU. She may or may not remember me but I thought I'd take a shot in tha dark!

[Karen Magnusson @kmags33]

@M_Ryan02 I'd love to know if she's willing to give a speech to my high school girls team. Both of us played at competitive high school teams and were very successful and I think appreciated our high school experience. I would love for her to talk about her love for the game.
