As a parent I’m not worried that my 9 and 13 year olds are going to be “indoctrinated” with “wokeness” at school.
I’m not worried that they’re going to ‘feel guilty about their whiteness’ because they’re learning accurate history.
I’m not worried that they’re going to be “groomed” to become furries and to make their pees pees in litter boxes.
Those things aren’t real.
Wanna know what is real?
My worry that they’re going to get shot. That someone with an AR-15 is going to go into their school and shoot them.
So, while the same gun fetishizing, AR-15 lapel pin wearing, locked and loaded family Christmas card posing Republicans fear monger & manufacture crises under the guise of “parents rights”, I say this:
It is my right as a parent to send my kids to school without worrying that they will get shot.
It ain’t the drag queens, the African American history, the books with two moms or two seahorse dads which threaten our kids.
It’s the fucking guns.

BREAKING: As part of Ron Desantis' Reedy Creek feud with Disney World he literally just told the press that he is analyzing whether to built a State Prison next to Disney World.

Who else finds it disgustingly ironic that the party who claims to care about children and crime, wants to now build a State prison next to an amusement park that accommodates 25 Million+ children annually, all because of childish grudge?

Young families will remember this disgusting rhetoric when the polls open in 2024.

Republicans in Florida want to stop girls from talking about their periods in school.

In Idaho, they’ve rejected a bill that would have funded free menstrual products in public school bathrooms.

And in Virginia, the Governor has made sure authorities could issue search warrants in order to seize a young girl or woman’s menstrual data.

All of this, while they seek to criminalize abortion & deny a woman’s access to contraception.

If this isn’t an all-out Handmaid’s Tale style assault on women and girls, I don’t know what is.

I had an autoship order get delivered to my old address out of state because I forgot to update it and @Chewy sent me a new order to my correct address. Was only charged for one order when the mistake was 100% my fault and they did nothing wrong. Will never switch from them.
