@AsdaServiceTeam I am having trouble getting a reply from my direct messages. Can you please let me know why your drivers can damage private property and you as a company just ignore it.
Do you really need me to start getting insurance companies etc involved to get a response.

@SKECHERS_UK looks like the quality of your materials is below what it used to be!?

[Martyn W @knuttucks]

@paulwebber1965 @WorcsMasons Just make sure it’s as polished as the one you received earlier 😃

[Martyn W @knuttucks]

@ToolstationUK Thanks Hannah, I’m concerned the customer will follow through with his threat to raise a formal complaint. Not warranted and the customer was out of order. #KeepSafeEveryone

[Martyn W @knuttucks]

@ToolstationUK just picked up some essentials from your Kidderminster branch. Dave is doing a fantastic job under pressure. A real shame the customer in front of me vented unwarranted verbal aggression. #peopleneedtochill

@jet2tweets My departure date was 5th April, what departure date are you currently contacting customers about?
#takingtoolong

[Martyn W @knuttucks]

@jet2tweets I have answered your questions via DM a number of days ago but as yet you haven’t read them or replied. Is it likely you will be able to respond today?

[Martyn W @knuttucks]

@jet2tweets I am still waiting to hear from you regarding my holiday that should have started 5th April. #refundwanted

[Martyn W @knuttucks]

@jet2tweets Can you please confirm you have received my responses to your questions?
I’m keen to get this resolved.

[Martyn W @knuttucks]

@Cezz_a @jet2tweets How long did it take? I was told refunds were being sorted on 19/3 just as a general statement. Not been contacted directly regarding this since. My holiday was due to commence on 5/4.

[Martyn W @knuttucks]

@easyJet you have cancelled flights which is an obvious thing to do. Why are you making it so difficult to obtain a refund?
Your customer service staff are overwhelmed and getting through is impossible. Why not enable a refund option on your website?

At the first meeting of Lodge of St Michael No1097 in Tenbury Wells at its beautifully redeveloped building, its home since 1901. Delighted to give a first appointment to Lyndon Bennett for so brilliantly leading the team.

"We have to get out there & tell the general public all about Freemasonry" 💬

These words from Robert Vaughn, Provincial Grand Master of @WorcsMasons, led #Freemasons from Lodge of St Michael No.1097 to set up a stand at a country show.

@EE Why are phones on orange and T-mobile working but ones on EE aren't? I thought we were supposed to use the same fancy network!!!

[Martyn W @knuttucks]

@EE is this problem limited to London or is the whole country affected as no signal in South Shropshire?

[Martyn W @knuttucks]

Any news of the fire in Kidderminster ?@ksshuttle
