I have never seen President @KagutaMuseveni address the nation the way he did today. He looked unusually threatened especially by what appears to be growing pressure from within the military. At times, it sounded as though he was carefully choosing what he could and couldn’t say rather than speaking freely.
He came across as fearful, defensive and disconnected from what is really happening. This was one of his weakest public addresses in a long time. Whether intentionally or not, today’s speech gave the impression of a leader who may be losing control of the situation
🚨UPDATE: This is Atim Sheilla Gloria the judicial presiding officer who remanded mama Miria Matembe an old woman of 73years who’s facing concocted charges
I don’t know if these so called chief magistrates/judges are appointed on merit or favoritism
Now this Atim Sheilla Gloria who seems to be between 30’s to 40’s remanding a mother to the nation with a renowned address
Sheilla Atim Gloria will you be happy assuming your mother in her 70’s experience such a tragedy
When does humanity prevail in legal and justice circles?
I know some TVs wonder why Ugandans love NTV so much.
Well the answer is very simple. You give us headlines.
NTV digs.
NTV narrates.
NTV make us feel the news.
If the story is touching, NTV makes us cry.
NTV isn't about breaking the story first. NTV is about how we will perceive the story.
NTV doesn't fight for viewers, viewers fight for NTV.
NTV doesn't bow to anyone, it respects and follow the guidelines of journalism by UCC.
NTV doesn't advertise itself, people advertise NTV.
NTV doesn't proclaim to be the best, people say it's the best
That's why Ugandans love NTV.
