Hey @McDonaldsUK, just went to collect our order and the restaurant apparently didn’t have the order - so told us to order and pay again in the restaurant and cancel on the app, but the app won’t let me cancel because the order is in the kitchen… so I’ve now paid twice…

@ITVXhelp @ITVX I did this and I am still having issues. Slow loading or it crashes when opening and then when I select a programme to play it will have the spinning wheel for long enough for my tv screen to turn itself off. When I do get onto a programme, it loses my position in the programme.

@ITVX your TV app hasn’t been working properly all week. I’ve reinstalled, logged out and back in again and it still is having issues. Having the same problem with the app on the PlayStation too. Can you please help to sort this out?

@TLRailUK left a grey barrel bag on the train to Bedford. We got on at South Croydon at 11:30 and got off at London Bridge at 11:50. We were sitting middle front of the train and put the bag in the upper rails. Please can you advise how to get the bag back? #help
