In a recent thread on crypto, I argued that crypto and tokens enabled the formation of businesses that heretofore could not be created. Some responded that cash could be used in place of tokens, and therefore the ‘innovation’ of crypto was not meaningful. I beg to differ.

my friend asked me how to access web3 and how to get onboarded. my simple answer is that you access it like any other web2 application except that the infra behind it is built on top of a blockchain. let's make it easy for everyone to get onboard!

it's funny when my friends automatically dismiss web3 since they only think of the industry as a quick way to get rich trading... the main reason i am excited about web3 is that it is building a new asset class and computing form, it's not JUST cryptocurrency

i'm still a crypto newbie & it's really hard and intimidating trying to figure out where to start. Honestly HUGE shout-out to @She__Fi @maggielove_ i wish i did this course 2 years ago, it would have saved me 100s of hours of scouring the web/youtube/twitter

i came back from @money2020 last week and spirits are still high. Not surprisingly a lot of the discussions particularly in the web3 space were around fraud detection & compliance (which still need some work). great pres from @unit21inc & @sardine
