Was never a problem with 1stBank. We've switched checking accounts already and will do same with HELOC.

@PNCBank Here is something boring: Have opened a checking account with another bank and have applied for a HELOC at same bank. Cannot wait to have PNC in my rear-view mirror. Can't express how awful this transition has been. NIGHTMARE!
