Received a defective product with clear manufacturing and quality issues. Even after sharing photos as proof, my replacement request was denied. Very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability. Is this how Zepto handles defective products?

I booked cab and when trip ended fare in my application and drivers application was different.
I paid extra money die to this as ride was in cash payment. I have attached proofs please review it.

Hi @TRAI@airtelindia@JioCare On 03/12/24, I requested to port my Airtel number to Jio. Today, I received a call from a random number claiming to be from JioCare, asking me to request a circle change and send 2 specific messages. She also asked to send cancel message first.

Recently I travelled from Bangalore to Jhansi via Duronto (12213).There were cockroaches in all over train. I spotted some of them in my seat and coach, washrooms etc. Kindly consider about hygiene of passengers spending 30+ hrs in train journeys.
