माननीय केंद्रीय मत्स्यपालन, पशुपालन एवं डेयरी विभाग @Dept_of_AHD तथा पंचायती राज राज्य मंत्री @mopr_goi प्रो. एस. पी. सिंह बघेल जी @mos_fahd_pr @spsinghbaghelpr ने एनडीडीबी, आणंद परिसर में सहकारी डेयरी क्षेत्र की नई किसानोन्मुख गतिविधियों के ���ुभारंभ कार्यक्रम को संबोधित किया।

उन्होंने बताया कि इस अवसर पर चार नई किसानोन्मुख पहलों का लोकार्पण किया गया: एनडीडीबी की पूर्ण स्वामित्व वाली सहायक संस्था @MotherDairyMilk की 10 ग्राम बटर चिपलेट, @NDDB_Calf_25 द्वारा विकसित मिल्क एडल्टरेशन डिटेक्शन किट, एनडीडीबी एवं इसकी पूर्ण स्वामित्व वाली सहायक संस्था @IDMCLtd द्वारा विकसित लिथियम आयन बैटरी आधारित मोबाइल दूध संकलन एवं शीतलन प्रणाली तथा ‘दर्पण’ नामक पहल। उन्होंने कहा कि इन पहलों से किसानों, उपभोक्ताओं और डेयरी क्षेत्र से जुड़े हितधारकों को लाभ मिलेगा।

साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि भारत आज दूध उत्पादन में विश्व में प्रथम स्थान पर है और देश में दूध का उत्पादन 247 मिलियन मीट्रिक टन तक पहुंच चुका है। उन्होंने हरित क्रांति, श्वेत क्रांति और नीली क्रांति का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि श्वेत क्रांति की शुरुआत इसी स्थान, आणंद से हुई थी।

मंत्री जी ने विशेष रूप से एनडीडीबी द्वारा ईटी, आईवीएफ और सेक्�� सॉर्टेड सीमन तकनीक के क्षेत्र में किए जा रहे कार्यों की सराहना की।

अंत में उन्होंने बताया कि 75,000 सहकारी डेयरी समितियों के सुदृढ़ीकरण तथा नई समितियों के गठन का लक्ष्य रखा गया है ताकि असंगठित क्षेत्र को संगठित क्षेत्र में बदला जा सके और दूध एवं दूध उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता बड़ाई जा सके ।
