@AmericanAir I believe I would have been treated better in San Quentin than by AA at CLT. The way this company treats its customers is appalling. My vacation was delayed by over 24 hours, & now I'm stranded without my luggage, with no indication of when I'll ever see it again.

@LouMetro311 the storm drain on the corner of Swan St. & E. Caldwell St. 40213 is completely full of debris and is causing major flooding on the road.
The drain tunnel under the road appears to be completely collapsed.

@ADP I have been trying to get prior payrolls added to our payroll for 7 months now. Now that we have 7 days left to get my employees their W2s I am being told that it will be 12 weeks and that I need to call the IRS to tell them the situation!!!!!!!! I’ve been doing this since June!

@ATT is seriously the worst company for you to use for your business! I closed my business and sold the building and I am now unable to cancel my service! No one wants to help me bc they don’t want to be dinged for bad customer service. Absolutely terrible to your customers!
