It is time to internalize the COVID-19 shutdowns as no longer being about restrictions imposed upon us. That it is a situation that requires coaches, captains, organizers and players to individually do our part and slow the spread of this virus.
If you’re going to set high goals for yourself, you have to consider the lifestyle it’s going to require to achieve that goal. You can’t commit to the destination if you’re not willing to commit to the process required to get you there.

What did I do well?
What can I learn from this?
How can this make me stronger?
How can I improve?
What are my strengths?
What should I start doing?
What should I stop doing?
What should I keep doing?
