E kam ndjekur me vëmendjen më të madhe shqetësimin e shprehur dhe kërkesën e drejtë dhe legjitime të studentëve shqiptarë në Maqedoninë e Veriut për dhënien e provimit në #gjuhën shqipe.

Përdorimi i gjuhës #amëtare është një e drejtë themelore, e garantuar nga #Kushtetuta e #Maqedonisë së Veriut dhe Ligji për Përdorimin e #Gjuhëve, e cila nuk mund dhe nuk duhet të ngushtohet apo vonohet nga asnjë procedurë. Nëse procedurat rezultojnë të mangëta apo të paqarta, është detyrim institucional që të gjenden zgjidhje të drejta dhe të qëndrueshme.

Kjo është një çështje që kërkon trajtim të matur dhe të përgjegjshëm, larg çdo përpjekjeje për #politizim. Ajo duhet adresuar me seriozitet institucional dhe në frymën e respektimit të të drejtave themelore.

#Demokracitë jo vetëm që kanë mekanizmat, por edhe pjekurinë e nevojshme për të gjetur zgjidhje ku harmonizohen shteti ligjor, legjislacioni dhe të drejtat e qytetarëve.

#Studentët meritojnë përgëzim për angazhimin qytetar dhe mënyrën demokratike me të cilën kanë artikuluar kërkesën e tyre. Kjo kërkon një përgjigje me të njëjtin standard #përgjegjshmërie, përmes dialogut konstruktiv dhe zgjidhjeve që respektojnë plotësisht të drejtat e garantuara.
