@Strickomaster Poor behaviour is ruining the education of many children forced to share classrooms with disobedient, aggressive and violent peers. Behaviour policy encourages positive changes in individuals and also safeguards others. Lowering expectations is giving up - and everybody suffers

@geordiecat2012 @Sue_Cowley Totally agree- I do often wonder about large central teams of non-teaching staff paid at leadership scale and not allocated to specific schools. No doubt there are appropriate roles like this but some trusts seem very ‘top heavy’
