@AncientGameplay I haven't watched your video so I'm not sure what people complain about but posting hwunboxed as some kind of evidence isn't it man. Anything memory related, ignore hub. They might be running gear 4 for all we know. Happened in the past.
@mpr_reviews Ram is simple imo. If you are going to run 6000c30 on an amd chip - you need to run something like 7600-8000 on the Intel chip, cause that's where they both kinda peak.
@ZikadaPrime@ZeoTGT Because you are basically admitting that even if you sell your game cheaper someplace else you still wouldn't match the sales that youd get on Steam. But you don't want to allow Steam to kick you off the store for not price matching?
@ZikadaPrime@ZeoTGT Wait a minute. You want someone to make their own store and undercut Steam gaining userbase while at the same time getting all the benefits from being on Steam? That makes sense to you?
@WombatInABox@JSBlackFrost84 Didn't you just self report? You just admitted you would prefer playing on PC with maxed out graphics but you are forced to buy a device you normally wouldn't to play the game you want. Which is the point...?
@gerulis20@ZooL_Smith@gabefollower I get it, im not asking what the law says, im asking what your opinion is. Should you be allowed to only do business with whoever you please? It's crazy to me not to be able to.
@gerulis20@ZooL_Smith@gabefollower Discrimination laws are against specific traits like gender religion etc. Do they cover - well - not liking the color of your tie? It's a serious question. I think everyone should be free to do as they please when it comes to selecting who they work with.
@gerulis20@ZooL_Smith@gabefollower Maybe but that goes beyond Valve. I don't think anyone should be forced to work with someone they don't want to. I have the biggest chain of shoes in my country, should I be forced to be selling Nikes?
@gerulis20@ZooL_Smith@gabefollower Im confused. You don't think Steam (or anyone else) can stop doing business with whoever they want for whatever reason? I've personally kicked a lot of clients cause I straight up just didn't like them. Should that be illegal?
@gerulis20@ZooL_Smith@gabefollower Well, do we agree that anyone can refuse to do business with anyone for whatever reason? They should be able to remove my game from steam because they don't like the color of my tie.
@gerulis20@ZooL_Smith@gabefollower Which goes back to my original point, even if we assume it should be illegal (which I don't agree with), Valve can refuse to do business with whoever they want, right? Which still results in 85% of your consumer base not having access to your game.
@gerulis20@ZooL_Smith@gabefollower Valve doesn't force anyone to have price parity with them. They are just not allowed to be on steam without price parity.
@gerulis20@ZooL_Smith@gabefollower If we agree that any company can do business with whoever they want and stop doing business for whatever reason they want then there is no solution. Valve will remove the parity clause but if you don't follow parity pricing they will kick you out for the color of your tie.
@MarikoRawralton@Marsormr_ Ok, let's say Valve removes the parity clause. They can still remove you from their platform for whatever reason they want, right? So if you don't follow the parity price, you will be kicked for the color of your tie. Now what?
@OfficialGhost86@EthralTV@gabefollower The video is kinda stupid. Valve doesn't prohibit developers from offering their games cheaper elsewhere. You just can't do it while also being on Steam.
