@KatieMiller@elonmusk If maximum verifiable security and privacy is your priority (especially against sophisticated threats or mass surveillance), Signal remains the safer, more mature choice for most people today.
The current chaos at airports is just another argument for privatizing airport security. TSA agents are horrible at their jobs. The DHS admitted back in 2017 that, when tested, TSA misses up to EIGHTY PERCENT of weapons and contraband smuggled through screening. And now we have to wait in line for three hours because funding for an incompetent agency with an 80 percent failure rate is being held hostage. The whole thing is insane. Get the government out of airport security. They suck at it. And it's just another bargaining chip these sociopaths can use for their own political agendas.
Ford CEO Jim Farley, in a new interview, says he realized Ford had been doing EVs all wrong after his team ripped apart a Tesla:
“When we ripped apart a Tesla, I was just absolutely flabbergasted. The Mach-E's wiring harness was 70 pounds heavier and 1.6 kilometers longer. We didn't know what was going on in [Tesla engineers' ] minds. But now we understand. They had no prejudice. We had prejudice. We'd gone to our supply-chain person and said, "Buy another wiring harness." [Tesla] said, "Let's design the vehicle for the lowest, smallest battery." Totally different approach.”

I’ve mentioned something like this before, but, if any of my companies goes public, we will prioritize other longtime shareholders of my other companies, including Tesla.
